LAYERED TACO SALAD
This taco salad is a fun spin on regular tacos! This is the perfect dish to bring to any party and to add into the weeknight meal rotation! This feeds a crowd and I love that you can customize this by adding any of your favorite toppings to it!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups iceberg lettuce (chopped)
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
- 3 cups cooked and cooled taco meat
- 1 1/2 cups guacamole
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- Fritos
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- Green onions (sliced)
Directions:
- In your trifle dish layer in all your ingredients. This is the order that I layered them in: iceberg lettuce, black beans, tomatoes, taco meat, guacamole, pinto beans, salsa & shredded cheese
- Right before serving add on Fritos, sour cream, green onions & more cheese!
- Enjoy!
