LAYERED TACO SALAD

 


This taco salad is a fun spin on regular tacos! This is the perfect dish to bring to any party and to add into the weeknight meal rotation! This feeds a crowd and I love that you can customize this by adding any of your favorite toppings to it! 

Ingredients:
  • 3 cups iceberg lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cups cooked and cooled taco meat 
  • 1 1/2 cups guacamole 
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup salsa 
  • Fritos 
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream 
  • Green onions (sliced)
Directions:
  1. In your trifle dish layer in all your ingredients. This is the order that I layered them in: iceberg lettuce, black beans, tomatoes, taco meat, guacamole, pinto beans, salsa & shredded cheese 
  2. Right before serving add on Fritos, sour cream, green onions & more cheese! 
  3. Enjoy!
