SALSA VERDE WHITE QUESO DIP
You can never go wrong with cheese and I’ve made lots of different queso dips before, but this one is my favorite! The creaminess & flavor of all the different cheeses and the slight spiciness of the jalapeño really make this dip perfect! Also you can leave the seeds in your jalapeño if you prefer it on the more spicy side!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 6 oz Vermont white sharp cheddar cheese (cubed)
- 8 oz pepper jack cheese (cubed)
- 4 oz white American cheese (cubed)
- 1/2 cup salsa verde
- 1 jalapeño (finely diced)
Directions:
- In your crockpot add in your cheeses, cream cheese, milk & salsa verde
- Cook on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
- At the end when the queso is done stir in diced jalapeños
- Add your queso into your serving dish or serve it right out of your crockpot so it stays warm!
- I served mine on a board with Tostitos scoops, but you could also serve this with veggies!
- Garnish with some more diced jalapeños & enjoy!
- Note: store in an airtight container in the fridge when done using
