PIÑA COLADA POPTAILS



Piña colada ‘poptails’ are such a yummy and refreshing way to cool off this summer at your next party! These are super easy to make & couldn’t be easier to make! This recipe makes about 16 poptails, but you could surely double this, if you’re making for a larger crowd! 


Ingredients:
  • 1 large pineapple (divided)
  • 1 (15 oz) can unsweetened coconut milk 
  • 1/2 (15 oz) unsweetened coconut cream 
  • 1 (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 
  • Juice & zest from 2 limes 
  • 9 oz Bacardi white rum 
Directions:
  1. In your blender add in in 1/2 your pineapple, coconut milk, coconut cream, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice & zest & rum; blend until smooth
  2. Finely diced up the other 1/2 of your pineapple and evenly scoop it into your disposable popsicle sleeves
  3. Pour in your pina colada mixture into your ice pop sleeves, place them flat on a baking tray in the freezer for 4-5 hours or overnight 
  4. Take them out when you’re ready to serve & enjoy!
