SPICY CHEDDAR PUB CHEESE
I’ve always been a huge beer cheese fan and love making it for parties, game day, or just to have as an appetizer! But this spicy cheddar pub cheese is such a delicious variation and perfect for the summer! All you have to do is add your ingredients to a food processor and combine! You can serve this with so many chips, veggies & bread and what I love is how easy it is to throw together last minute! If you’re making this for a larger crowd I would definitely recommend doubling or tripling this recipe!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese grated
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened to room temperature)
- 6 tablespoons of your favorite beer (I used Corona)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (depending on how spicy you like it)
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- All of your favorite chips, veggies or bread for dipping!
Directions:
- Place all of your ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth. Note: you may need to scrape down the sides occasionally to make sure it’s all blended & smooth!
- Place your pub cheese into your favorite serving bowl and serve alongside pretzels, pretzel bread, celery sticks, carrots, bell peppers, Fritos, tortilla chips, etc!
