CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE ICE CREAM BOWLS
If you’re looking for a way to elevate your ice cream game you have to try out these chocolate chip cookie ice cream bowls! They only require a few ingredients & the best part is you can customize these to your liking! If you’re not a fan of chocolate chip you can use any other dough such as sugar cookie, funfetti, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, etc! I ran out of chocolate syrup so I drizzled mine with caramel sauce and topped them with rainbow sprinkles! The options are endless!
Ingredients:
- Cookie dough of your choice! Note: I bought a tub of Tollhouse Cookie Dough, but you can also use homemade cookie dough if you prefer!
- Nonstick spray
- Your favorite ice cream
- Toppings of your choice: chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, whipped cream, sprinkles, nuts, etc!
Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Spray your cupcake tray with nonstick spray
- Scoop in a large spoonful of cookie dough into each slot
- Press down each one
- Pop them in the oven and bake them for 10-15 minutes or until they’re golden. Note: time may vary depending on how your oven bakes
- Spray a small shot glass with nonstick spray so it doesn’t stick when pressing down the dough
- Remove them from the oven, use your shot glass to press down each cookie bowl (keep spraying shot glass with nonstick spray as needed)
- Let your cookie bowls completely cool before removing them from the tray
- Scoop in your favorite ice cream and place on your toppings & enjoy!
