CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE ICE CREAM BOWLS

If you’re looking for a way to elevate your ice cream game you have to try out these chocolate chip cookie ice cream bowls! They only require a few ingredients & the best part is you can customize these to your liking! If you’re not a fan of chocolate chip you can use any other dough such as sugar cookie, funfetti, snickerdoodle, peanut butter, etc! I ran out of chocolate syrup so I drizzled mine with caramel sauce and topped them with rainbow sprinkles! The options are endless!

Ingredients:
  • Cookie dough of your choice! Note: I bought a tub of Tollhouse Cookie Dough, but you can also use homemade cookie dough if you prefer!
  • Nonstick spray
  • Your favorite ice cream
  • Toppings of your choice: chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, whipped cream, sprinkles, nuts, etc!
Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray your cupcake tray with nonstick spray
  3. Scoop in a large spoonful of cookie dough into each slot
  4. Press down each one
  5. Pop them in the oven and bake them for 10-15 minutes or until they’re golden. Note: time may vary depending on how your oven bakes
  6. Spray a small shot glass with nonstick spray so it doesn’t stick when pressing down the dough
  7. Remove them from the oven, use your shot glass to press down each cookie bowl (keep spraying shot glass with nonstick spray as needed)
  8. Let your cookie bowls completely cool before removing them from the tray
  9. Scoop in your favorite ice cream and place on your toppings & enjoy!
