BUFFALO CHICKEN TATER TOT CASSEROLE
If you like buffalo chicken then you will love this buffalo chicken tater tot casserole! You can eat it by itself or serve it as a side dish to have with your favorite meal! It makes a lot so it’s also the perfect dish to bring to a party or large gathering!
Ingredients:
- 1 whole rotisserie chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing OR blue cheese dressing
- 1 (10.5 oz) can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce or Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar (yellow or white, I used white)
- 1/2 bag frozen tater tots (enough to cover the top of your chicken mixture)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a bowl mix together shredded chicken, sour cream, ranch, cream of chicken soup & Frank’s Red Hot
- Spray your baking dish with nonstick spray, add in your chicken mixture, top with shredded cheese & your frozen tater tots
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until the tater tots are crispy & golden and the casserole is heated throughout
- Let sit for 5 minutes & serve!
