WHIPPED BRIE CHEESE

I have always loved Brie cheese whether it’s right out of the package or baked warm & melty in the oven! I’ve had whipped feta cheese before so I had to try this whipped Brie! Let me just say it is creamy, dreamy & delicious! This is the perfect way to up your appetizer game when you have company over! You can serve this in a bowl or on a dish like I did, but the best part is how easy this is to throw together last minute! You can add anything on top as well, so if honey & nuts aren’t your thing, feel free to switch it up!

What you’ll need:

  • 3 wheels of Brie cheese (you can use more, but I definitely don’t recommend using less than 3, as it won’t be enough in the bowl for whipping!)
  • Honey, jam/preserves, fresh berries, or nuts for garnish
  • Serve with bread, chips, or crackers!
Directions:
  1. Cut all your wheels of Brie in half and remove the rind completely
  2. Slice your Brie into cubes and place them in your mixing bowl
  3. Beat the Brie on medium speed using your stand mixer or hand mixer for about 10 min, until your cheese becomes smooth & creamy. Keep scraping down the sides of your mixing bowl as needed
  4. Transfer your whipped Brie onto your serving dish and drizzle with your honey & top with nuts
  5. Serve alongside bread, crackers, or anything else of your choice!
