WHIPPED BRIE CHEESE
I have always loved Brie cheese whether it’s right out of the package or baked warm & melty in the oven! I’ve had whipped feta cheese before so I had to try this whipped Brie! Let me just say it is creamy, dreamy & delicious! This is the perfect way to up your appetizer game when you have company over! You can serve this in a bowl or on a dish like I did, but the best part is how easy this is to throw together last minute! You can add anything on top as well, so if honey & nuts aren’t your thing, feel free to switch it up!
- 3 wheels of Brie cheese (you can use more, but I definitely don’t recommend using less than 3, as it won’t be enough in the bowl for whipping!)
- Honey, jam/preserves, fresh berries, or nuts for garnish
- Serve with bread, chips, or crackers!
Directions:
- Cut all your wheels of Brie in half and remove the rind completely
- Slice your Brie into cubes and place them in your mixing bowl
- Beat the Brie on medium speed using your stand mixer or hand mixer for about 10 min, until your cheese becomes smooth & creamy. Keep scraping down the sides of your mixing bowl as needed
- Transfer your whipped Brie onto your serving dish and drizzle with your honey & top with nuts
- Serve alongside bread, crackers, or anything else of your choice!
