LIMONCELLO PROSECCO ICE CREAM FLOATS

Limoncello Prosecco Ice Cream Floats! Let me just say… limoncello has been one of my favorites for a while and the combination with the rich & creamy vanilla ice cream really puts this drink over the top! These are fruity, refreshing & will satisfy your sweet tooth! The perfect drink to welcome spring!

Ingredients:

• Vanilla Ice Cream (I used about 1 big scoop per drink)
• 4.5 oz limoncello (you can add more or less depending on how you like it)
• 24 oz Prosecco 

Directions:

1. Add 1 big scoop of vanilla ice cream to each of your glasses 
2. Divide & pour your limoncello over your ice cream and fill your glasses the rest of the way with your Prosecco! 
3. Optional: garnish each glass with a slice of lemon 
4. Serve with a straw and spoon & enjoy!
