EASTER CHEESE BALL
This is the perfect appetizer to make this Easter for your guests! It’s packed with flavor and the bacon and Worcestershire sauce really put this dish over the edge! You can serve this with pretty much anything such as crackers, chips, pretzels, fresh veggies or bread!
- 2 packages cream cheese (softened)
- 5-6 slices cooked crispy bacon (crumbled)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 small bunch of parsley (for the “carrot” stem)
Directions:
- In your bowl add your softened cream cheese, bacon, garlic powder, 1 cup of cheese & Worcestershire sauce
- Mix until combined; refrigerate for 30 min
- Take it out and form it into a carrot shape using parchment paper
- Place it on your serving dish/board and top with the remaining shredded cheese
- Stick your bunch of parsley into the top as the “stem”
- Serve with crackers, veggies, pretzels or bread & enjoy!
