CHOCOLATE EASTER BUNNY DRINKS

I think Easter is such a nice time of the year! The cold weather is starting to go away and the spring has arrived! Not to mention every year Johnny and I get together with our family & loved ones and share the holiday together and enjoy yummy food! To satisfy that sweet tooth, these chocolate Easter bunny drinks are perfect! You can also make them kid friendly and add some chocolate milk into them! I’ve seem people make these drinks with the smaller chocolate bunnies (which is fine too) but I decided to go with the larger ones! Also you can most definitely add your favorite cocktail into these, but I just put in Bailey’s Irish Cream! You could also add some cold brew into it along with the Bailey’s too:)

What you’ll need:
  • Russell Stover hollow chocolate bunnies (you can make however many you like, I made 2)
  • Bailey’s Irish Cream (or your favorite cocktail!)
  • Boiling water
  • Optional: whipped cream
  • For kids: milk or chocolate milk
Directions:
  1. Unwrap a little bit of foil from the top of each chocolate bunny
  2. Boil a pot of water
  3. Once water is boiling, turn off and dip your knife into it for 30 seconds
  4. Slowly slice off the tops of the bunny ears, you can keep dipping your knife into the hot water if needed (eat those bunny ears lol!)
  5. Pour in your favorite cocktail/liqueur
  6. Optional: top with whipped cream
  7. Enjoy!
