AVOCADO FETA DIP
As simple as this recipe is, it is so delicious & its the perfect addition to any appetizer board! I’ve been trying to eat a bit healthier so if you’re looking for healthy, yet flavorful treat this is it!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados (not too soft though) cubed
- 4 oz block feta cheese cubes or crumbled
- 3 medium tomatoes (Roma or Campari) cubed
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced or 1 tsp garlic powder (forgot to mention in video)
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley or cilantro
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Optional: 1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
- In a bowl add your cut avocados, tomatoes, feta cheese, red onion, parsley, garlic, sea salt, olive oil & apple cider vinegar
- Fold together gently to combine all your ingredients
- Transfer dip to a serving bowl and serve alongside tortilla chips, chips, crackers, flatbread or whatever else you’d like!
