WARM CHEESY BEAN DIP
I love making this dip as an appetizer for game day or just to enjoy with friends & family! It has lots of flavor & couldn’t be easier to make!
Ingredients:
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 (16oz) cans refried beans
- 1 (4.5oz) can chopped green chiles
- 1 packet of taco seasoning
- 4 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese or whatever kind you prefer (divided: 2 cups in dip, 2 cups on top)
- For serving: tortilla chips, Fritos scoops, fresh baguette slices
- Optional: fresh jalapeƱo slices, cilantro
Directions:
- In a bowl mix together your cream cheese and sour cream
- Add in your refried beans, taco seasoning & can of green chiles
- Mix well and add in 2 cups of cheese
- Stir to make sure everything is combined
- Pour your bean mixture into your baking dish
- Top with your remaining 2 cups of cheese and bake at 375 for 25 min or until cheese is melted and dip is hot
- Optional: Top with your sliced jalapeƱos & cilantro
- Serve immediately & enjoy!
