CRACK CHICKEN SLIDERS

 

These are such an easy weeknight dinner that the whole family will love! You can serve these with pretty much anything! I served ours with a side salad & French fries! 


Ingredients:
  • 16 oz cream cheese 
  • 1 oz packet dry ranch dressing mix 
  • 1 tsp black pepper 
  • 2 tsp onion powder 
  • 1/3 cup sliced scallions 
  • 2.5 cups cooked & shredded chicken 
  • 12 oz package of bacon, cooked crispy & chopped
  • 2.5 cups shredded sharp yellow cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 12 count pack of sweet Hawaiian rolls 
  • 2 tbsp salted butter melted or olive oil 
  • Parmesan to taste 
  • Dried parsley for garnish 
Directions: 
  1. In your pan add your cream cheese and cook until softened/just melted 
  2. Remove pan from heat and add in all your seasonings, scallions, shredded chicken & 1/2 of your shredded cheese
  3. Stir well to combine 
  4. Spray your baking dish with nonstick spray
  5. Slice your rolls in half and place the bottom halves into your baking dish 
  6. Evenly spread your cheesy chicken mixture on top and put the tops of your rolls on 
  7. Brush the tops with your melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle your Parmesan & parsley on top 
  8. Cover with foil & bake at 350 for 25 min, uncover an bake for another 5 
  9. Serve with your favorite sides & enjoy
